Dr. Elle Blodgett is a licensed psychologist and the founder of Ignite Anew, a therapy practice focusing on complex trauma, life transitions, and sexual exploration and growth. She is an alumna of Spelman College. She received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and her PsyD from the University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology. After completing her internship training at the South Texas Veteran Health Care System where with veterans and their families, she founded Ignite Anew in Austin, TX. With a thriving practice underway, she has begun to focus on her next professional endeavor as a public speaker. She aspires to increase access to transformative discussions surrounding mental wellness, sex and intimacy, and igniting your life anew!
